Types of vendors we are seeking are listed below. . The layout of the event is included in the photos and locations of vendors will be determined by the event planner leading up to the event. No requests will be taken on preferred spots. Please ensure that you have read and agree to all of the information provided below

Types of vendors we are seeking are listed below. . The layout of the event is included in the photos and locations of vendors will be determined by the event planner leading up to the event. No requests will be taken on preferred spots. Please ensure that you have read and agree to all of the information provided below

Vendor Set Up, Selling, and Pack up times:

  • Vendor Set Up: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

    • If you are a vendor that has a high demand set up time, we recommend setting up as early as 2:30 PM to ensure a smooth, successful set up. Vendors will not be allowed to drive into the parking lot after 5:00 PM.

  • Selling Times: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    • Vendors must stay to the full extent of the event.

  • Pack Up: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM

    • Please promptly pack up your equipment to reduce congestion as quickly as possible.

Types Of Vendors (seeking, but not limited to):

  • General Vendors

  • Arts & Craft Vendors

  • Clothing/Retail Vendors

  • Any Other Local Businesses

The requirements of being a vendor and what you will be responsible for providing:

  • 10’X10’ Tent with tie downs (2 Docs Brewing Co. LLC. will not provide water tanks, tie downs, etc. to secure your tent),

  • Table (recommended 6-8 foot),

  • Table Cloth (if applicable),

  • Professional Set Up

  • Branded Content (products, tent, cloth, etc.).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

By purchasing and/or participating in the event and with your purchase of a “Vendor Opportunities” from the “Vendor Opportunity” ticket, you understand that there will be a NON-REFUNDABLE policy in any event EXCEPT in the case of a shut-down due to the ongoing “COVID-19 PANDEMIC” . Additionally, in participation of the event, even without consent of you, your business entity, or anyone who may be allowed to act on your behalf, you understand that any company that does not align with the values or ethics of 2 Docs Brewing Co. LLC. will not be allowed to participate in the event and will forfeit their consideration of any fees applicable to the “Vendor Opportunity”.
