Are you interested in becoming a food truck for our monthly First Friday Art Trail? There will be multiple opportunities to partner with us in this amazing event in the Cultural Arts District. We are accepting multiple food trucks for the following time:
5:00PM - 9:00PM FOOD TRUCK - 3 Slots
5:00PM - 9:00PM Dessert/Snack Truck - 2 Slots

Please ensure that you have read and agree to all of the information provided. There will be a strict Non -Refundable Policy enforced. The layout of the event is included in the photos and locations of food trucks will be determined by the event planner leading up to the event. Food Trucks are not allowed more than one food truck spot/per event/per day. No requests will be taken on preferred spots. ALL FOOD TRUCKS MUST HAVE A VALID PERMIT ON DISPLAY. (Failure to provide or show this information will result in a temporary ban of your participation.)
These are the requirements of being a Food Truck and what you will be responsible for providing:
ALL FOOD TRUCKS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS PRIOR TO AND VISIBLE AT THE EVENT:
FOOD TRUCKS will be required to have a copy of their Food Service Permit readily available,

Food trucks will be required to practice FOOD SAFETY GUIDELINES (please check with the City of Lubbock - Environmental Health),
Please follow all labeling guidelines as applicable per state and local laws.
By purchasing and/or participating in the event and with your purchase of a “FFAT Food Truck” ticket, you understand that there will be a NON-REFUNDABLE policy in any event EXCEPT in the case of a shut-down due to the ongoing “COVID-19 PANDEMIC” . Additionally, in participation of the event, even without consent of you, your business entity, or anyone who may be allowed to act on the business’s behalf, you understand that any company that does not align with the values or ethics of 2 Docs Brewing Co. LLC. will not be allowed to participate in the event and will forfeit their consideration of any fees applicable to the “FFAT”.
