    Dr. Tyson Purdy

    Dr. Purdy (one of the “Two Docs”) practices family medicine here in Lubbock. Originally From Muleshoe, he fell in love with craft beer and home brewing while in residency. When he moved back to West Texas he joined up with friends and family to found Two Docs and share his love of beer with the city. He in particular enjoys drinking our Hayes-E-Baby IPA.

    Dr. Eric Cunningham

    Dr. Cunningham is a Veterinarian and Owner at Live Oak Animal Hospital. He became a craft beer lover and joined his cousin Dr. Purdy to start “brew days” in their back yards. This back yard family atmosphere is the inspiration for our patio and taproom. Eric’s favorite Two Docs brew is the Prairie Dog Porter.

    Jon Stephens

    Jon came on as a founder of Two Docs and close family friend day one. He is the Market President for Southwest Bank and a Lubbock native. Jon has the nickname “Keg Slayer” and is known for drinking the last pint of a keg all over town. Especially if it’s the Red Dirt Cold IPA.

    Shon Ross

    Shon came on early as a founder of Two Docs. He is close friends with the rest of the group and lends some incredible business acumen to the group. He is the jack of all trades of the group. For pretty much anything you need, Shon knows a guy. Shon loves an afternoon Buddy Hoppy IPA.

Management Team

    Taylor Swift, Director of Sales

    Taylor has also been with the company since day one. He developed, staffed, and manages all outside sales for Two Docs. With well over 100 local restaurants and bars carrying our beer on draft and dozens of package and grocery stores carrying our cans he’s really done an incredible job in just a few years. He is well known in the industry and truly bears our ethos and culture everywhere he goes. He says his favorite beer is our Chilton Gose. He said, “It’s straight bussin, no cap fr fr.”

  • Taproom Manager & Events Coordinator

    Brandy is the Taproom Manager who keeps the beer flowing and the vibes undefeated. Known for her big energy, and bubbly personality. She’s the type who balances fun with purpose-building community, lifting others up, and adding her own spark to everything she’s involved in. She coordinates all of our events, and has a heart of gold. She doesn’t just manage the taproom-she owns the vibe.

Brewhouse

    Collin Ellis, Head Brewer

    Collin is the man! He’s been with us since January 2022 and has become an integral part of our team. Collin is the head brewer who oversees all aspects of brewing and manages our cellaring and cooperage daily. He also brought in and developed our Cold Brew Coffee tap to allow us a great non-alcoholic option. His favorite beer is the Weller Weiss!

    Terrence Pratt, Distribution

    Ian Rodriquez, Cellarman

    Ian is awesome. He has moved from being behind the bar, to behind the scenes in production as a “Cellarman”, helping Collin. .His favorite beer is the Hayes-E-Baby IPA.

    Emily Chaffin, Shift Lead

    Emily is one of two taproom shift leads. She is very educated with a multitude of beer styles and will always find you a Two Docs beer you will enjoy! Her favorite beer is our Hayes-E-Baby IPA.
